IET Spiritual Session
Spend time with the alpacas and enjoy spiritual energy healing through Integrative Energy Therapy. IET is a relaxation and spiritual healing technique that uses light touch and points on the body to relieve emotional, mental and spiritual blockages.
In this 90 minutes session we will go over what you are looking for, what your intentions are for your session. During session you may experience deep relaxation, you may receive messages through words, colors, sounds or images. I may also receive messages and I ask that you let me know ahead of time (and I will ask as well) if you want those messages or not.
Finally at the end we will spend around 15/20 minutes processing the experience and grounding to integrate the experience and fully take in the healing.
Sessions are currently offered Mondays and Tuesdays.
